Staffmark’s food manufacturing client is seeking a motivated individual to work as a Production Associate in Celina, OH. The position offers a variety of benefits, including health insurance, 7 paid holidays, 401k and 40 hours PTO once hired in full time. Vacation after 1 year of employment.

Pay rate: $16.00 / hour, temp to hire.
Shifts: Monday - Friday
Shift starts at 7 AM
Essential Job Tasks
The Production Associate is responsible for operating a variety of slicing and packaging machines. Each day you will compete the following tasks:
- Report to the Production Manager/Team Leader for assignments and/or instructions. Carefully follow directions and seeks advice when expectations are unclear for efficient and timely production of all products as directed by the Work Leader.
- Maintains an acceptable attendance record and is ready to report to work in uniform at the appropriate time.
- Responsible for working safely by following all company safety rules, Lock Out Tag Out, and notifying management when others are not
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work area.
- Responsible for being flexible and working any job where needed as directed by the Team Leader
