Job Summary
Greeters should be friendly, outgoing individuals that will assist and greet Guests at PNC Park. This position includes, but is not limited to: taking and checking tickets for the game as well as distributing promotional items at the gates and entry points to PNC Park; providing benchmark customer service, and serving as a source of information to all guests. Greeters will be trained to have a vast knowledge of PNC Park and its operating rules and regulations.
Responsibilities:

• Take tickets and/or pass out promotional items as directed.
• Inspect your assigned area.
• Report all defective equipment or hazardous conditions to your supervisor.
• Greet each guest with a smile and encourage them to enjoy their visit to PNC Park.
• Check tickets carefully upon guest entry. Ensure the valid date, time, game number and ticket stock. Do not allow anyone without a ticket or credential to enter the ballpark.
• Report all intoxicated or disruptive fans outside the gate to your supervisor.
• Assist any children or guests having difficulty with entry.
• Direct disabled guests to the proper entrances.
• Listen attentively to guest questions, concerns, or suggestions and be prepared to answer their questions.
