N&M Transfer is searching for 2nd Shift Data Entry and Paperwork Distribution personnel at our corporate office in Neenah. These positions are generally scheduled to work between the hours of 3:00pm and 2:30am, Monday-Friday. They are full-time positions with excellent benefits, but part-time schedule options may be considered.

Data Entry personnel are responsible for entering information from driver paperwork into the computer system, verifying information for accuracy, sorting, scanning, faxing, copying, and filing paperwork as needed. Qualified candidates should have basic computer knowledge, good organizational skills, and good typing speed and accuracy. Previous data entry experience in an office environment is ideal, but not required.

Paperwork Distribution personnel are responsible for collecting, processing, and organizing paperwork from drivers, some collecting and tracking of cash payments, making copies, distributing paperwork throughout the office, and other general office duties. Qualified candidates should have good communication and organization skills, some computer knowledge, and some office experience is ideal.
