Account Executive (1Yr landscaping sales exp req)
This Account manager/Sales Representative position is a full time position.

The office is in Godley Tx which is SW of Fort Worth.

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for selling and maintaining relationships mainly General Contractors and Government Entities with either design/build needs or custom landscaping installations. The successful applicant should be a self motivator and driven for success.

Tasks:

Acquire new business and leads in commercial, residential and home builder sales

Work with Production team in scheduling newly sold jobs

Primary contact with customers, acting with authority to make decisions and execute agreements. Must be able to identify visual enhancement needs to properties, and develop cost estimates and proposals.

Attend weekly company meetings to identify and execute production and sales goals.

Acquire and maintain relationships with home builders, commercial customers, and government entities to ensure their needs are being met on a project to project basis.
