Responsibilities:- Responsible for assisting Financial Advisors in creating risk reports, income analysis, and one page deliverable for prospective client meetings
- Prepare documents for upcoming review appointments with existing clients.
- Manage Salesforce data & ensure records are kept.
- Produce additional analysis reports for advisors as requested.
- Maintain accurate filing records to satisfy federal regulator requirements.
- Support the specialist department with any additional tasks.
- Strong organizational skills
- Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
- Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
- 4 Year college degree in business or finance
