Join our team at Worldwide Flight Services as an Air Cargo Office Agent near O'Hare International Airport!
Salary ranges from $17.00 -$20.25 depending on shift

Your main job duties may include (not limited to):
- Providing excellence in customer service, both in-person and over the phone
- Data entry including preparation of import and export documentation
- Notify customers that shipments are ready for pickup. Tracking and tracing of cargo shipments.
- Compliance with WFS site security procedures for assigned warehouse and other operations
- Interfacing with U.S. Customs
- Maintain applicable safety, security, quality and compliance standards
Required Skills
- Ability to handle the stress of a fast-paced eight-hour shift
- Ability to learn PC skills and apply knowledge
- Ability to concentrate on detail
- Minimum typing speed of 30 WPM
- Reports to work on a regular and timely basis
Required Experience
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the United States
- Computer familiarity necessary
- Demonstrates qualities of initiative
- Ability to work weekends (ie. Friday, Saturday, Sunday), holidays, and days off
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- May be necessary to speak other language(s), in addition to English, depending on customer contract
- Must be able to maintain airport authority access, and be able to work scheduled shifts
- Must be able to follow direction and work safely
