Downtown Portland law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in the following practice areas: civil litigation, construction, personal injury, and/or premises liability. Appellate and trial experience is a plus.
The ideal candidate has experience that demonstrates:
· excellent research, writing and analytical skills;
· attention to detail;
· confidence in taking depositions and presenting oral arguments in the courtroom; and
· a strong desire to accelerate the learning process by becoming actively involved in the handling of complex cases.
