The Associate Correspondence Representative has an integral role in directing customer interaction, utilizing alternative methods of communication to answer and assist with a wide variety of inquiries. On a daily basis, they will run our letter program 1st thing in the morning, being sure to capture and upload correspondence from the previous day, so it can be reviewed by the team. The Associate Correspondence Representative will also process checks and letters delivered from the previous day. They will handle any return mail coming in and compare the information on the return mail to what we have on file in the system, making updates to the system as necessary. They also assist with voiding old checks and passing this information along to the finance department, so that new checks can be written by the Finance team as needed.


This position is full-time, Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 7:030am – 4:30pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends. Our office is located at 300 Burnett Street Fort Worth, TX.

Required Qualifications:



  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR 6+ months general office experience

  • Experience with Microsoft Word (creating and editing word documents, converting Word to PDF files, mail merge) and Microsoft Outlook (emailing, setting up calendar reminders)

  • Ability to multi-task including the ability to understand multiple products and multiple levels of benefits within each product

  • Ability to work our normal business hours of 7:030am – 4:30pm.

  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience with Ten Key numerical input

  • Experience with Alpha numeric input

  • Experience with Typing
