King O’Rourke Cadillac Buick GMC located on Route 347,Smithtown, NY is looking for an experienced Service Advisor. We have a very busy shop!

We are offering TOP PAY for an experienced General Motors Service Advisor with Reynolds & Reynolds / Ignite experience.

This is an…IMMEDIATE HIRE POSITION!

We are seeking to hire a candidate that has the following skills;

• Great customer, people skills & telephone skills
• Commitment to customer service satisfaction
• Previous success in resolving customer service issues
• Flawless interactaction with customers to determine service needs
• A high level of professionalism and courteousness
• Knowledge of vehicle repairs and warranty work is a plus
• Detail orientated
• Communicate effectively with our customers and our employees
• Proven track record of achieving goals
