Our BARTENDERS have fun with our varied beverage program. Knowledgeable of craft beer, wine, and cocktails, this crew builds relationships with regulars, makes recommendations, and keeps the drinks flowing.
Job Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of a wide array of drinks, shots, beer, etc.
- Follows Carolina Ale House standards ensuring proper drink recipes are adhered to
- Follows Carolina Ale House guidelines for ticket presentation with each round ordered
- All guest beverages are refilled in a timely manner
- All guests receive a proper greeting by name
- Bar top is always organized and clean
- Bar is thoroughly cleaned and stocked at the completion of each shift
- Server tickets are prepared in under three minutes from time received
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
- Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
