Bartender Duties and Responsibilities

• Take beverage orders from customers & wait staff
• Mix drinks using an extensive range of bar knowledge
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements
• Monitor & manage all patrons for alcohol intake with the ability to recognize servers drink requests pr table
• Must be highly motivated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment while still holding conversations and greeting guests
• Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with patrons
• Keep bar area clean, stocked, safe and organized
• Maintain the bar with an adequate supply of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, napkins, straws, glassware, and other accessories
• Organize the bar area to streamline drink preparation
• Money handling and balancing bank
• Organized in open tabs
• End of shift paperwork and organization

Bartender Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prove prior bartending knowledge & experience
• 2+ years of experience working as a bartender
• Must be able to lift 20-pound boxes and stand for an 8-hour shift
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $50.00 per hour
