BI/SQL Developer

Salary: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year

etrailer.com is seeking a BI/SQL Developer to work with our growing organization. We are expanding our business reporting team. Working at our Wentzville, MO location is a full-time position with benefits. Hours are flexible, with opportunities to work from home. This is a key position for you with a strong analytical and reporting background.

In the role of a BI Developer, you will design and develop reports, metrics, and analyses to drive key business decisions. They provide a link between the raw enterprise data and key stakeholders throughout the organization. Key job responsibilities include data extraction, analysis, transformations, and visualizations.

Job responsibilities:

• Accurately collect and model data for various types of business reports
• Create visually impactful, interactive business reports that provide insight into key data points
• Design business analysis and data recording systems for use in the reporting processes
• Examine existing reports to locate and resolve issues
• Partner with various departments in reaching their goals through analysis

Skills/Experience:

• Experience in Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or other data analysis programs
• Experience in RDBMS applications (such as SQL Server Management Studio)
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• A team player excited about the cross-functional collaboration
• Strong project management skills - ability to efficiently manage workload and quickly re-prioritize tasks throughout the day
• Naturally, inquisitive self-starter
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Keen attention to detail
• Industry knowledge not required, but a plus
• Passion for RV, camping, recreation, cars, and trucks a plus

Education:

• Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Applies expertise in principles, theories, and concepts
• Broad knowledge of business/function and development life cycle
• Prior Reporting Developer, or BI Developer experience
