Job description
We are looking to hire a dynamic self-starter to be the go-to-market expert in generating leads for our Dallas/Fort Worth/Plano Texas area. This is a COMMISSION-BASED ONLY role. You will be responsible for making connections in the community with Real Estate Agents and other Business Partners to establish long-term partnerships. You will be responsible for making phone calls daily, meeting with business partners, and hosting events in the community to introduce Mpire Financial Group and the wholesale products that we have available to your Business Partners.
The ideal candidate will have mortgage, real estate, or title experience within the mortgage business.
Sales experience is a must with a proven track record.

Responsibilities:- Strive to meet a goal of 13 live connections per day and 40 calls per week connecting with a list of real estate agents according to their production
- Execute “Just Ask” calls for the company on a weekly basis to provide status updates on loan files to agents and borrowers
- Design and craft flyers for realtors and monthly mailers working together with marketing team to positively represent the business
- Follow the outlined Daily Success Plan which includes calls and handwritten notes to database, realtors, and referral sources
- Maintain the client database to make sure the team can access current information on all leads
- Reliable transportation is required in order to attend client meetings
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
- Awareness of current sales process and how to enter information into client databases
