Job description

Cooley Contracting is looking for foremen, mid, and upper-level experienced carpenters to join our custom home building team. Cooley Contracting is known for building custom homes throughout the Grand Traverse, Benzie, and Leelanau counties. Employees need to be highly motivated, dependable, and quality-conscious, where attention to detail comes first. Our employees typically concentrate on rough carpentry, siding, and finish carpentry. Employees must have a valid driver’s license with dependable transportation. Compensation based on experience.

Cooley Contracting provides consistent 40-hour workweeks, with occasional opportunities for overtime. We also offer a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k with company match, paid holidays, and paid vacations. We provide a safe, efficient work environment where employees are encouraged to earn their future through improvement and dependability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
