What Matters Most:

• 5+ years as a change management consultant
• Previous experience working with a labor union preferred
• Previous experience working with a utility or manufacturing operation preferred

Your New Role: You are a collaborator to your core. Project-based work excites you, and you’re always ready for the next challenge. We’ve partnered with a Portland powerhouse to find a temporary Change Management Consultant to support their team for 6-12 months.

During your time with them, you’ll develop, lead, and execute change management strategies and tactics within different departments internally. Cross-functional collaboration and goodwill are paramount, and excellent communication skills are a must. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to the program manager, project manager, and program sponsors, so an ability to manage multiple expectations and priorities will drive your success.

They are looking for someone with compassion, ingenuity, impeccable people skills, and a can-do attitude to facilitate these inter-related technical communications projects. Sound like you?

This is a remote position, but you must reside in the Portland Metro area.
