Summary

Education Station Take-Two is a small, high quality, open concept early childhood
education center located in Onalaska, WI. It is the definition of a family run business-
previously run by the grandmother and aunt of the current owner, and we not only
welcome, but we also encourage teachers to enroll their children in the center. Our main
goal is to have fun while we teach the children and bring a love of learning to their lives.
When new faces enter our childcare, they always notice the positive atmosphere and
the excitement they can feel from the children. We are currently working on getting the
business up and going in hopes to expand and grow! We understand that burn-out and
stress can be a challenge in this industry which is why we make it our number one
priority to ensure that our teachers are happy. We do this daily by having open
communication, offering support when needed, allowing the teachers freedom in their
classroom, and much more. If you are looking for a loving community that values your

Duties

? Instruct children in activities designed to promote intellectual and creative
growth.
? Create a fun and safe learning environment.
? Develop schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity, rest, and
playtime.
? Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, families and
coworkers.
? Communicate with parents or guardians on students' growth and progress.
? Maintain the health and safety of all students.
? And most importantly learn, grow, and have fun!

Requirements

? High school diploma
? Passionate about working with children.
? Ability to build rapport with children.
? Positive and patient demeanor.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
? Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields (preferred)
? CPR and First Aid (preferred)
