Chiropractic assistant needed for thriving office in Rosemount. This is a part time position approximately 20-25 hrs/week. Customer service experience is a must as we are looking for a "people person." The ideal candidate for this position would need to be comfortable handling sensitive situations as well as presenting a friendly and cheerful affect. This position requires excellent communication and ability to work well with other staff. Previous clinical and medical billing experience a plus. We seek a hardworking and responsible person with an outgoing personality. This job is rewarding for those who desire a job that demands a diverse skill set. Reliability, organization, and punctuality are a must. We offer a warm, friendly, and fun atmosphere and are willing to train the right candidate! We are seeking an applicant that is available to work Saturdays regularly from 8AM-12PM, as well as 3-4 weekdays for morning or afternoon shifts. Qualifications:

Excellent customer service

Computer proficiency with spreadsheets and numbers; must be able to navigate quickly on a computer

Highly organized with ability to multitask effectively

Computer skills: general aptitude and medical billing a plus
Time management skills

Ability to problem solve

Works well with others

General Responsibilities:

Insurance billing

Greeting/rooming patients
Answering phones
Scheduling multiple providers
Assisting with therapies
Patient file management
Light cleaning
