Pennsauken Animal Hospital is growing! We are undergoing a very large renovation that will award us the title of largest veterinary practice in Camden County, NJ. Our new building will be equip with a state of the art surgery suite along with the addition of feline and canine friendly wings.

We are looking for a client service representative who is eager to build relationships with our clients and their pets. The ideal candidate would have at least one year experience in veterinary care and be proficient with answering multi-line phones, obtaining medical records, checking clients in/out, managing the schedule, client communication via email and phone, and other tasks. You would have off on all major holidays (our hospital is closed) and while some nights and weekend are required you wouldn't be on-call after hours. You would be encouraged to learn and grow your skills and can take advantage of a generous CE allowance to attend conferences and online programs.

Our services include wellness, urgent care, sick visits, dentistry and surgery. We offer digital radiographs, digital dental radiographs, ultrasound, an in-house laboratory, and a fully-stocked pharmacy. We work hard to maintain relationships with existing clients as well as focusing on community outreach and reaching new clients. We pride ourselves on client education and our staff ensures that we answer any questions that clients may have during, and after, their visits with us. We work very closely with several local rescues and have contracts with local animal control to see animals that are surrendered or abandoned.

Hospital Hours:

Mon-Fri 7:00am - 9:00pm

Sat/Sun 8:00am - 2:00pm
