The Clinical Coordinator II ensures that program reporting and evaluations are completed. Serves as a clinical resource and provides consultation and supervision to agency staff.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in the field with 2 years supervisory experience and/or clinical program development.
- Associate Licensure through Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete background check.
- Possess valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, telephone and reliable transportation.
- Experience or knowledge of best practices/therapeutic approaches.
- Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions.
- Demonstrable theoretical knowledge in field.
- Personnel management capabilities.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Extensive knowledge and background working with variety of populations
- Ability to use crisis de-escalation and behavior management techniques in crisis situations.
- Must have good oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates ability to develop treatment plan based on participants needs.
- Demonstrates ability to understand the bio-psychosocial influences and effects of chemical/co-dependencies.
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
- Ability to type and working knowledge/familiarity with computers and electronic clinical record keeping.
- Ability to operate basic office equipment, e.g., computer, copier and FAX.
- Certifications in First-Aid, CPR and crisis de-escalation training; agency will provide training if candidate does not have active certification.
- Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
Qualifications Preferred:
- Independent Licensure through Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
- Experience working in Integrated Healthcare, Behavioral Health or Primary Care environment.
- Advanced knowledge of cultural diversity and sensitivity.
