The Clinical Coordinator II ensures that program reporting and evaluations are completed. Serves as a clinical resource and provides consultation and supervision to agency staff.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in the field with 2 years supervisory experience and/or clinical program development.
• Associate Licensure through Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a fingerprint clearance card and successfully complete background check.
• Possess valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, telephone and reliable transportation.
• Experience or knowledge of best practices/therapeutic approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and make independent decisions.
• Demonstrable theoretical knowledge in field.
• Personnel management capabilities.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Extensive knowledge and background working with variety of populations
• Ability to use crisis de-escalation and behavior management techniques in crisis situations.
• Must have good oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrates ability to develop treatment plan based on participants needs.
• Demonstrates ability to understand the bio-psychosocial influences and effects of chemical/co-dependencies.
• Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision.
• Ability to type and working knowledge/familiarity with computers and electronic clinical record keeping.
• Ability to operate basic office equipment, e.g., computer, copier and FAX.
• Certifications in First-Aid, CPR and crisis de-escalation training; agency will provide training if candidate does not have active certification.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.

Qualifications Preferred:

• Independent Licensure through Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
• Experience working in Integrated Healthcare, Behavioral Health or Primary Care environment.
• Advanced knowledge of cultural diversity and sensitivity.
