· Responsible to support daily operations including order processing, coordination & tracking of stock transfers, order return & exchange processing, and monitor stock assortments.

· Daily monitoring of Client Relations Center/E-Commerce inbox

· Provide the Bond No.9 New York customer and prospects with a positive and polite experience in line with the brand values and professionalism across all platforms of communication and interactions (over phone, email, live chat, live video, and/or written correspondence)

· Transmit enthusiasm, brand awareness, product knowledge, and New York storytelling when communicating with customers

· Have a guest-centric mindset and passion to connect with customers and resolve their issues and inquiries with outstanding service

· Support eCommerce Specialists with order review, WTS, claims, returns, and additional tracking needs

· Will be responsible for the instore fulfillment, packaging, and timely shipment of all online orders to ship from store (SFS)

· Assist with reporting needs

· Maintain a productive and excellent connection with members of the Bond No.9 New York retail team

· Support QA and share product and website related guest feedback

· Help manage verification of orders for fraud and ensure timely fulfillment

· Provide administrative support and assist with special projects as needed

· Collaborate with warehouse, Product Development/Supply Chain, Logistics, Fraud, Sales Audit, and other support teams to ensure smooth order processing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
