We are seeking a friendly voices with great customer service skills to be the initial contact for our customers in our fast growing professional construction and plumbing company. This is an in office position.

Construct Capital, LLC DBA Perma-Pier Foundation Repair of Texas is one of the fastest-growing and largest home services companies in the southwest. We provide commercial and residential foundation repair and underground plumbing services in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. Monday-Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm, Saturday, 10:00 am-2:00 pm during the peak season. (June-September)

Overview of Role

· Responds to customers calls and internet inquires.

· Schedule appointments for evaluations.

· Resolve customer service issues.

· Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments.

· Provide detailed documentation in-house and to customer.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Three years of Customer Service Experience required.
• Appointment setting experience preferred
• Clear diction, kind tone, and friendly phone voice is a must.
• Excellent customer service skills (i.e. demonstrate empathy, respect, knowledge, and a willingness to help).
• Must be organized, detailed, committed to meeting deadlines, and able to multi-task.
• Uphold company standards by communicating with builders, real estate companies and commercial customer in a professional manner always.
• Ability to identify and prioritize requests that may need immediate attention.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment and possess good time management skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Service Titan Experience preferred
