Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative this position is responsible for supporting our customers of as one of the largest Ford Accessories Distributors (ADI) in the United States. You will support our Field Sales Team & General Motors dealership personnel from the 263 dealers that we service.

Salary Overview:
The pay rate for this role is $18 per hour.

We are responsible for delivering GM accessories to GM Dealerships in our exclusive markets in Chicago, Wisconsin, NW Indiana, NE Iowa, Minnesota, and the UP of Michigan.

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

  • Process sales orders, create parts invoices and repair orders.
  • Complete online customer eCommerce orders & Dealer orders.
  • Candidate will be trained in accessory product knowledge to become a resource for model fit, application, and installation
  • Daily office functions & clerical tasks (filing, reconciliation, invoicing, shipping, etc.)
  • Utilizing proper phone etiquette and effective customer service skills to support dealership customers when capturing sales orders or resolving issues.
  • Creating Excel tracking sheets to communicate local and regional sales promotions.
  • Using analytical skills to solve problems for dealers when necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Customer Service Representative Job Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check are a condition of employment.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong follow up skills
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site in our Bolingbrook, Illinois facility.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Windows).
  • Basic understanding of dealership operations & Reynolds & Reynolds Dealership System-Preferred Requirement.
