Shawsheen Coating and Converting is seeking a highly motivated full-time Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join their team in Andover, MA. This key individual will be the main contact point to support customer inquiries throughout the complete sales order process to outgoing shipments.

The successful candidate will be a strong individual contributor and self-starter able to perform in positive team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Resolve customer concerns with viable solutions to meet their needs.
• Process order entry, credit memos, and invoices.
• Provide customer service and support including outgoing calls, quote follow-ups, e-blasts, order status, and shipping documents.
• Enter customer information into Salesforce CRM.
• Generate customer sales reports in Excel.
• Update customer price sheets and quotes.
• Review shipping paperwork and invoicing.
• Provide support services for product development programs.
• Cross train in all customer service functions.
• Manage customer orders to final ship and paperwork filing.

SCHEDULE This is a full-time position working Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm.

COMPENSATION Shawsheen puts great value in their Customer Service position by offering $22-$24 per hour commensurate with knowledge and experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Associates Degree or higher education level is preferred.
• Previous experience working in B2B manufacturing office environment preferred.
• Experience with MS Office required.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• This is an onsite position.
• Must have dependable transportation. The Shawsheen plant is accessible by public transportation– we are a three-minute walk from the Ballardvale station of the MBTA (Haverhill Line, just 12 minutes from downtown Lawrence).
