This is a 100% in-office Customer Service Representative role at our Englewood, CO location.

TerraSlate is the leading provider of waterproof and rip-proof printer paper to many industries. Located in the heart of Englewood, Colorado’s arts and entertainment district, our office features include a creative workspace, exceptionally talented team members and a strong commitment to culture. As a result of our recent growth, we are looking for enthusiastic and energetic Customer Service professionals to join our team. In this position, you will set the tone for customer experience and be a brand ambassador and manager of first impressions for new customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Respond quickly to customer inquiries
• Answer inbound calls and manage incoming emails
• Communicate with customers through multiple channels
• Act as a liaison between our customers, sales associates and our production facility
• Process orders and direct requests for quotes
• De Escalate customer calls

Must have the following skills/abilities:

• Detail Oriented problem solver with a passion for creating positive customer experiences and lasting relationships.
• Ability to think quickly and resolve problems in a timely manner
• Strong work ethic with the ability to manage tasks to completion
• Capable of multi-tasking with exceptional organizational skills

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Currently resides in the Denver metro area.
• Positive can-do attitude

Requirements

• Covid-19 vaccinated, or willing to be.
• Clean background check
• Pass an initial drug screening
• M-F work schedule, no overnight, weekends, or swing shifts.
• Willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to and from our facility

Benefits:

• $19 - $21/hr Dependent on Experience.
• Eligible for merit based pay increase after 90 day probationary period
