The Opportunity:

As the Client Success Expert (CSE), you will work from our Costa Mesa headquarters, and play a critical role within the organization. The CSE’s primary responsibility is to answer incoming calls and emails from clients resulting in a positive and professional experience for the client. The current available schedules are Tuesday-Saturday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm or Sunday-Thursday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.

Some responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Respond promptly to all customer inquiries through phone, chat, and/or email.
• Answer incoming calls from customers ranging from 50-60 calls a day.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the platform to ensure timely deliveries.
• Confirm orders with restaurant partners to ensure a smooth pick up.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers and team members.
• Use logic to identify effective solutions for clients; look beyond the obvious to find the answers.
