Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a Data Entry Associate to work for a leading, global e-commerce company. The Data Entry Assciate will assist the corporate communications team and must have high attention to detail, be highly organized, and able to manage large volumes of data; all within a fast-paced environment

Job Title: Data Entry Associate
Pay: $19.40/hour
Duration: 1 month
Schedule: Monday – Friday 40 hrs/week
Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.)

Responsibilities

-Validate and input accurate information into Salesforce

-Identify and execute streamlined and efficient processes to ensure quick and accurate data entry

-Complete high volume tasks within a set deadline.

Required Skills:

-1+ years of related work experience
-1+ years of experience with Salesforce and Excel or related work experience

Preferred skills:

-Must have high attention to detail, be well organized, and a self-starter
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong interpersonal communication skills
-Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
-Advanced data entry experience with the ability to navigate and manipulate large data sets
