Job description

Our company's Data Entry Department is seeking reliable, detail-oriented professionals to join our team of Data Entry Clerks. Candidates with prior work experience in a data entry environment are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering data into company databases and working with a team to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into an electronic database.
• Enter and extract data from various sources.
• Use software applications to enter, update, and monitor data.
• Organize and archive data to ensure its availability for other workers.
• Work as part of a team and communicate with other workers using e-mail, phone, and in person.
• Use good judgment when dealing with customers, co-workers, and companies.

Technical Skills or Knowledge:

• Demonstrated ability to abstract data navigating several portals and systems.
• Entering care report forms and/or databases.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat is a PLUS.

Shift Availibility : 6 am - 3 pm / 3 pm - 12 am

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
