Trinity Logistics is looking for responsible Delivery Drivers to distribute products safely and accurately to our residential and commercial customers. We are customer focused and strive to provide the best delivery experience possible.

Job Description:

• Ability to be adaptable and flexible to handle a fast paced environment that changes rapidly. Ability to handle and incorporate new initiatives as they are introduced.
• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times
• Use handheld GPS device for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered in a quick and efficient manner while driving slowly and cautiously.
• Must be CUSTOMER OBSESSED going above and beyond is to satisfy the customer. We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift.
• Must be able to adapt to an ever changing environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• $19.80 / Hour with opportunity to grow to $21.20
• Bonuses available if you meet daily and weekly delivery + safety targets

• Basic Requirements:
• Eligible to work in the U.S
• High-school diploma (or equivalent)
• No speeding or moving citations in last 2 years
• Full time openings are available
• Probationary period of 60 days
• At least 21 years of age
• Have a valid US driver's license
• Ability to lift, bend, reach above the head, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shift
• Drive slow and move fast, everything is tracked and you must be comfortable with problem solving
