Position: Dental Assistant

Position Responsibilities:

• Assist the dentist by being fully prepared with instruments and materials needed for specific procedures.
• Sterilize instruments and disinfect treatment rooms in accordance with OSHA, CDC and infection control guidelines.
• Expose high quality dental radiographs and take intra oral photos.
• Answer phones, schedule appointments

Position Requirements:

• IV Sedation certification is highly preferred
• At least 2 years of dental assisting experience required
• Experience in Weave Phone and Open Dental preferred
• Experience with Oral Surgery is preferred
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate dental procedures and terminology.
• Demonstrate flexibility, especially in stressful situations, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Maintain patient confidentiality through HIPAA compliance.

Pay: Starting pay ranges from $25 - $29/hr (Pay is negotiable depending on experience)

• Monday 8:30 - 5:30
• Tuesday 9:30 - 6:30
• Wednesday 9 - 2
• Thursday 9:30 - 6:30
• Friday 8:30 - 5:30

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
