UCFS is currently seeking a full-time Dental Director to supervise and facilitate the professional development and administration of the dental care services department within the authority of the governing board by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors:

Essential Responsibilities-

• Provide clinical supervision/consultation to the dental staff.
• Examine, diagnose, and plan treatment with patients.
• Consult by phone with other health professionals (dentists, physicians, and pharmacists) when necessary.
• Assist in training of dental assistant, dental hygienist, and dental students.
• Direct and coordinate activities of dental staff and services.
• Develop policies and procedures for various dental activities and ensures implementation.
• Represent organization at community meetings and promotes programs through various news media.
• Provide dental care to clients/families in accordance with standards of professional ethics and practice.

• D.M.D. or D.D.S.
