What You’ll Do

• Manage the maintenance and repair of a fleet of refrigerated trucks, tractors, and trailers
• Manage a team of technicians to complete repairs on time
• Maintain running cost within budget
• Work closely with customers to meet their transportation needs

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of industry experience in Heavy Truck Maintenance Management
• Experience leading a team of diesel mechanics
• A customer focused mindset
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skill set
• Ability to work: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
