Position Overview:

The Director of Human Resources is responsible for providing direction and leadership to the global HR organization from a corporate level regarding its policies and procedures; employee and labor relations; talent acquisition; employee orientation, education, and training; management development, wage and salary administration; federal and regulatory compliance; worker’s compensation administration; benefits administration; and organization development.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the administration and coordination of the HR organization at multiple locations across several countries

· Fosters a positive working environment throughout the Company and ensures that its culture is promoted and properly embedded at all sites

· Creates an HR organization that supports the Company’s vision

· Identifies and implements tools on a global and country-specific level that streamlines HR functions and provides excellent reporting for ease of operational management

· Creation and implementation of appropriate HR policies, procedures and work instructions

· Creates and implements a vision for the HR department at DATAMARK and structures the department in an efficient manner so as to carry out that vision

· Responsible for the mentoring and leadership of all HR personnel at all Company sites

· Keeps informed about all HR-related legal and regulatory issues that are pertinent to the Company and ensures its compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

· Education Requirement:

o Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred

· Field Experience:

o At least 10 years of demonstrated progressive responsibility in the HR field

o At least 5 years in an HR supervisory role

· Other Qualifications:

o Demonstrated experience in designing, developing and implementing new HR programs to meet Company needs

o SHRM and/or HRCI certification or ability to obtain

o Ability to travel as required up to 25%

o Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

o Previous HR experience in a BPO or Call Center environment highly preferred

o Previous experience leading HR departments at multiple sites in various countries highly preferred

Required Skills:

· Extensive working knowledge of the various HR Department roles and how they should be structured

· Ability to identify and implement the latest and most effective practices for the administration of a Global HR organization

· Well-versed in U.S. employment laws to ensure compliance across multiple locations

· Highly effective interpersonal skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills

· Strong analytical and decision-making skills

· Solid business acumen

· Ability to build executive relationships

· Collaborative and team-focused

· Ability to remain flexible to an ever changing and growing organization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $115,000.00 per year
