ALIGN Executive Search is a national private search firm specializing in the Senior Care industry. We are seeking the Next Clinical leader (DON) in a 5-Star overall, 35 bed SNF in the Greater Sacramento area.
This is an leadership role with one of the most respected organizations in the industry that is known for being a great company to work for. We have excellent regional, ADMIN support system in place to support the Director of Nursing (DON)

- There is a unit managers that support the DON and other nursing positions such as MDS Coord, DSD, IP, Staffing Coord etc.
- This is a smaller SNF only 35 bed stand alone.

- Salary $120k to $140k DOE
We are Looking For:
- 3+ years of DON experience in a long term care/skilled nursing setting
- Experience as a RN Supervisor, Unit Manager or similar role
- Strong clinical skill set in regards to senior care
- Great communication Skills
