Job description

The Director of Operations/Multi-Unit Director will lead the operations and staff of multiple high volume full service, quick service, and fast casual restaurants & bars, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. The Director of Operations/Multi-Unit Director will participate in the achievement of restaurant objectives as well as compliance with the Client.

Typical duties will include:

• Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures to restaurant management and crew members. Ensure all food safety procedures are executed according to Company policy and health regulations
• Works with the management team to meet sales goals vs. budget
• Executes Company policies and procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment
• Monitors inventory levels to ensure product availability and orders products
• Manages and maintains safe working conditions
• Provides proper training for all Managers and Crew Members through established systems
• Ensures restaurants compliance with Company operating policies and procedures

Additional Requirements:

• 10+ years restaurant experience. Multi Unit preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Flexible work availability
• Friendly smile and winning personality
• Desire to take and make customer’s orders correctly and efficiently
• Ability to maintain a clean restaurant environment
• Legally able to work in United States
• Possess a valid and active driver’s license
• At least 18 years of age
• Able to pass a FAA required background check
• Must obtain an Airport ID Badge within 30 days of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
