Job Title: Dispatcher Manager

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Salary: $55,000-$65,000

We are looking to hire a Dispatcher Manager for a well established building maintenance company in Brooklyn, NY!!

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and dispatching drivers, work crews and vehicles to appropriate locations according to the predetermined schedules
• Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from the work crews, field inspectors, supervisors and emergency personnel.
• Preparing daily work schedules and work orders for crew.
• Keeping track of and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed requests, charges, expenses and inventory
• Closing out projects for billing

Requirements:

• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be personable and professional
• Must have excellent clerical and organizational skills.
• Must have knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching services.
• Must have the ability to multitask and relay information in a fast paced setting and work under stressful deadlines

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per hour

Experience:

• any construction: 1 year (Preferred)
