Our client is seeking an experienced Diversity & Inclusion Specialist for its' Atlanta, Birmingham, Los Angeles, New York and other offices. In this exciting role, you will be setting up events, handling the database, working on reports, setting up meetings and trainings and much more. The firm loves its' staff and promotes them up the corporate ladder.

In this career boosting Diersity & Inclusion Specialst position, you will:

• Assists with review of talent management processes and Firm policies.

• Report global, national, regional and office diversity demographics and trends;

• Support submissions of surveys and awards.

• With the CDIO and members of the D&I Team, develop Diversity & Inclusion Department budget; provide regular budget updates to Affinity Groups;

• Oversee departmental expenditures, prepares and analyze reports.

The experienced Diversity & Inclusion Specialist will have:

• At least 3 years Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, preferably in a law firm;
• BA degree;
• Ability to self-direct, manage multiple priorities, analyze needs and implement solutions, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Thoroughly enjoy what you do.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
