We are in search of a dynamic Dental Assistant or EDDA with a great work ethic to join our team on a full-time basis. Our ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, organized, energetic, personable, detail-oriented, and committed to exceptional patient care.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Provide outstanding customer service with an excellent chairside manner
• Be conscious of the doctor's schedule and assist with efficient patient flow
• Assist office and doctor in maintaining patient records and informed consent documents
• Assist dentist in utilizing proper four-handed dentistry techniques, observing universal precautions
• Maintain patient comfort before, during, and after dental procedures
• Chart existing dentistry and current conditions in a computerized dental chart
• Capture diagnostic digital radiographs as ordered by the dentist
• Take impressions and assist with lab tasks as needed
• Maintain dental operatories in an organized and clean fashion, assuring appropriate instruments and supplies are available
• Sterilize and/or disinfect instruments, hand-pieces, and ancillary equipment
• Comply with office policies and procedures
• Assume the standard of care related to infection control; all OSHA guidelines & safety are upheld at the station they are assigned

Job Requirements include:

• At least one year of chairside Dental Assisting experience
• EDDA certification, if applicable
• X-Ray Certification
• Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday
• Denticon experience is a PLUS~
