As the EDI Consultant you will be responsible for helping design and deliver contemporary best practice insight related to a variety of equity, diversity and inclusion issues.

- Design and deliver world-class professional development solutions.
- Research, design and deliver content for use with clients
- Facilitate virtual courses
- Work closely with clients to identify needs, engage in high-quality, value-add communication
- Work with a high-energy, virtual team in a fast-paced and evolving industry
Responsibilities include:
- Sophisticated group dynamics and facilitation skills
- Creating presentations that illuminate impact
- Ability to translate client requirements into actionable solutions with measurable outcomes
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to pull your weight and operate independently.
- Proficiency working with a broad range of personality types, industries, geographies, and ideologies.
- You practice continual improvement in your work.
- Conversant in Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism.
- Ability to travel 25-30% of the time.
Qualifications

- 1-2 years of EDI, organizational development, and/or professional consulting experience
- Background in consulting, organizational development, training or L&D
- Demonstrably high levels of cultural competence, emotional intelligence, and customer service
