What we are looking for:

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full-time Email Marketing Specialist to join our corporate team located at Porsche North Houston. This is a great opportunity to work for an exciting company in a fast-paced environment.

Here is what an ordinary day of work may look like:

  • Own end to end completion of email and SMS marketing initiatives.
  • Develop monthly email and SMS content calendar.
  • QA all emails, ensuring all links, images, subject lines, and list segments are accurate and working properly.
  • Create and execute targeted marketing database and lists, aligned to support company objectives, using marketing technology platform eleads, MailChimp and other programs as necessary.
  • Facilitates workflow by coordinating or gathering background information and/or resources needed to complete jobs.
  • Develop strategies and implementation plans for lifecycle, triggered, and enhanced personalization using segmentation and predictive modeling; and set goals to meet overall channel revenue and performance targets for email and SMS.
  • Identify testing and optimization opportunities within automated email marketing programs to deliver a premium customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Perform ongoing quality assurance audits of marketing programs to ensure maximum program value.
  • Monitor and report key metrics including email delivery, unsubscribe rate, email metrics, and business metric.
  • Attend monthly meetings with Marketing team and GMs to review key learnings, actionable hindsight, and recommend new opportunities to leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and best practices including CAN-SPAM.

The opportunity is for you if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or any related field from an accredited institution
  • Experience in luxury automotive retailer marketing preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely organized with dedicated attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check
