Job description
We are currently seeking Entry Level IT Technician with a passion for learning and a strong foundation of basic IT knowledge to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining computers, peripheral equipment, software, and networking hardware in accordance with customer specifications. The successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and enjoy working in a team environment. Must have a valid driver's license. Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs, and be able to work for extended periods on ladders. Must be able to work in confined spaces.
Knowledge of the following is a plus:
- Networking, including VLAN, routing, QoS
- Windows Desktop and Server Operating Systems
- Active Directory, Azure
- Hyper-V
- Microsoft Office Suite and 365
- Structured Cabling
- Use of hand tools
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
