Position Overview
Executive Assistant will serve as the primary administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) as well as provide periodic support to other executives on the Legal team. This critically important role will enable executives on the Legal team to work most effectively with internal and external stakeholders and fulfill their commitments to other Zelis’ executives and the businesses they support. This role requires a highly organized individual to support, manage, and facilitate the needs of the executive and be accustomed to being in a visible role and juggling multiple priorities simultaneously. The role also requires a person who is highly resourceful and highly technical to effectively and efficiently manage the day to day needs in a fast-paced environment.
This role will be hybrid; proximity to our Boston office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support to Chief Legal Officer and Legal executives, as needed.
- Confirm objectives for the meeting invites, participants, materials for all calendar needs
- Partners closely with other administrative professionals to ensure appropriate and timely communication to meeting participants
- Follow up with copies of communication materials as appropriate.
- Provide site-based support to senior executives as needed; this includes, but is not limited to, coordinating lunch for in-office days as well as coordinating/receiving catering and deliveries for periods of peak office use
- Responsible for travel and meeting arrangements
- Meet & greet visitors and prepare meeting sites accordingly
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
- Work discretely with confidential information
- Maintains calendars, contact lists, files and contracts
- Coordinates team meetings, town halls, and site-based team events/meetings.
- Processing invoices for Legal services, outside counsel, consulting, etc.
Professional Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience in office administration supporting C-suite staff
- Experience using both MAC and PC computer systems
- Highly technical and highly organized; must be able to work in paperless environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Must be sensitive to confidential information.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Detail oriented and able to work in fast-paced environment
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
