Interested in becoming part of a spectacular front desk team? It takes smarts, major multitasking skills, the ability to provide superior customer care, excellent communication skills (verbal and written), great computer skills, an upbeat personality, a sense of humor and of course, a love of animals, to work at this very busy 5 doctor animal hospital in Middle Village, Queens (our website: https://junipervalley.com/). You will be:

* Greeting and checking pet parents/patients in and out

* Scheduling appointments and procedures

* Managing all incoming communications to the hospital (via phone calls/messages, texts, e-mails and app), and providing appropriate responses and information, as well as acting as the liaison between pet parents and the doctors

* Maintaining digital medical records

* Preparing invoices, estimates and collecting payments

* and so much more!

This position requires at least one year's previous experience working an animal hospital (Cornerstone, Weave and/or PetDesk software experience a plus). There will be some evening and weekend hours.
