Responsibilities:
Assist the Finance & Insurance Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the nance and
insurance department
Prepare and submit loan applications and nancing documents to nancial institutions
Work closely with sales staff to ensure all nancing and insurance needs are met for customers
Review and analyze credit reports, loan applications, and other nancial documents to
determine eligibility and approval for nancing
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efciently, including contracts, DMV
paperwork, and nancing documents
Manage all aspects of the insurance process, including providing customers with insurance
quotes, processing insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with insurance regulations
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, practices, and regulations related to nance
and insurance
Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers, nancial
institutions, and insurance companies
Assist in training if needed
Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance & Insurance Manager

Requirements:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Procient in Microsoft Ofce, Excel and other supporting programs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to maintain condentiality and handle sensitive information
