Job description
We are a growing company in the cleaning and facility solutions industry. Currently seeking a high energy, part time COMMERCIAL CLEANING FLOATER to cover the Novi, Farmington, Wixom and Plymouth area. This person will report to the Area Supervisor to provide flexible cleaning coverage for call offs, days off, open shifts.
This position is in the evenings but may require some daytime hours.
Duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Learn the procedures for cleaning in multiple locations
- Be ready to cover cleaning of sites where needed
- Assist the Area Supervisor with supplies and inventories
- Communicate well with staff and customers
- Working side by side with cleaners when needed
Qualifications & skills:
- CLEANING EXPERIENCE IS A MUST
- Thrive in dynamic, flexible and quickly changing work environment
- Strong communication skills
- Must be able to stand, reach, squat, lift up to 50 pounds, and be on one’s feet for an extended period of time.
- Good eye for excellence in quality cleaning
- High value for personal ownership, integrity and honesty
