We’re Recourse Communications and we match top talent with top opportunities. As a Forklift Driver with our client, you will operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials. You will pull pallets from racks, pull product off of the pallet, put the pallet back and move on to the next product. You will use a handheld RF scanner to ensure accuracy of inventory and maintain the inventory system, adhering to customer requests and standards. You will adhere to the Company safety program including the safety inspection of forklifts and other material handling equipment and maintain a clean environment at all times. You will display a commitment to process excellence and demonstrate an understanding of general warehousing. You will support other warehouse operations when needed. You will work with the wave planner and inventory team to resolve immediate inventory issues and report on damaged inventory. Additionally, you will be required to work overtime.

About You

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of six months’ experience in a warehouse environment
• A team player
• Can drive an Order Picker, Reach truck and other MHE equipment
• Willing to complete training and certification
• Can lift at least 50 lbs.
• Basic math and computer skills
