Logistic Dynamics (also known as LDi) is a 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) company that focuses on building our independent contractors (1099) businesses with our Freight Agent-based model. When you work with LDi, our company gives you the opportunity to increase your earning potential by using our industry leading proprietary TMS, analytics reporting system, mobile app, massive shipping network and financial backing. Focus on the sales and growth of your company by using LDi tools that give you the full visibility on shipment details, carrier costs, customer costs, commission payouts and much more.

We are currently looking for Freight Broker / Freight Agent who:

-Have at least 6 months of Freight Agent experience, as this is a customer facing sales role

-Already have a book of business

We offer our Freight Broker Agents the following:

-Weekly pay (once LDi invoices the customer)

-Up to 70% commission (Up to 80% to starting qualifying candidates)

-The opportunity to work with 110,000 FTL carriers with industry competitive LTL rates

-A 1-on-1 experience with a dedicated team of Agent Developers that focus on your specific growth

-A Full scale support team for your Accounting, Marketing, front and back-office needs

-Constant updated to our Load Boards (DAT, Truckstop, Load Network Connect)

-The ability to track your load with GPS, digital signing, and auto truck matching capabilities

-A Carrier Sales and Development team that can assist in covering your loads and dispatching

-The ability to work from home or work from anywhere
