Evolve Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation is a top-rated sports medicine/orthopedic clinic with locations on the Upper East Side of Manhattan and Syosset, NY. We’re looking for a professional, upbeat, and qualified candidate to fulfill the role of Front Desk/ Patient Coordinator in our Syosset, Long Island location. We are seeking an individual who is motivated, personable, and naturally friendly to fulfill a Part- Time Front Desk/ Patient Coordinator, with the potential to turn into a Full-Time role.

Duties Include:

• Greeting patients
• Scheduling patients
• Check-in/ check-out procedures
• Insurance verifications
• Obtaining authorizations
• Record, collect and update financial information & patient payments.
• Answering phones
• Maintain and upkeep patient’s electronic records
• Protects patients’ rights by maintaining the confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.
• Weekend availability required**
