- Monday through Thursday, 9am to 4pm

- Maintaining detailed notes on clients
- Developing relationships with our clients
- Creating an exceptional client experience
- Setting the tone for the day by preparing the office
- Going above and beyond for our clients
- Motivating the staff with your positivity and great personality
- Keeping things moving by helping out with random advministrative tasks
- Be the person on staff that everyone loves, especially our clients
- Know everyone's names, their hopes and what they ate for breakfast
- Be the guru of our clients - you know all
- Public Relations - get guests for podcast, secure media/publication spots and create opportunities to gain press coverage for the firm
- Graphic Design - work with canva, adobe or whatever you prefer to create simple designs and templates
- Event planning and hosting client events

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
