Candidates must be self-motivated, medical terminology, attention to detail, great customer service, and understand anatomy of the eye, with strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Scheduling appointments, understanding insurance benefits, assisting doctor with patient care, proficient and knowledgeable with computers, templating, diagnostic testing, gathering chief complaint and health history from each patient, cross training in other departments. Need to keep doctor on schedule at all times. Understanding difference in Insurance plans and coverage's, scheduling and making sure patient understands diagnostic testing and all aspects of their appointment.. Holiday, Vacation pay is dependent on hours worked as well as Vision benefits. Monday 10-7 Tues-Thurs 9-6 and Fridays 9-4. This is a Full Time position.
