We are seeking a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills to join our fast-growing practice at our Independence (MO) office. We are looking for someone who has exceptional customer service, is comfortable in a busy work environment and has had previous receptionist experience, preferably in a medical office or medical setting. This position is responsible for greeting patients, checking patients in and out, insurance verification, collecting co-pays and deductibles, daily administrative tasks and answering a high volume of phone calls. We will ask the successful candidate to learn our electronic medical record software system(Greenway Prime Suite) and become proficient with using medical terminology. Applicants must have a cheerful disposition, be a peoples'-person, be health-oriented and get along well with multiple co-workers! Compensation is hourly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
